The setting of the picture is well put together, colors are good and the environment and story behind it is established, but there are a couple areas that flatten the image. Normally that wouldn't be much of an issue for scenery objects such as the buildings since their surface in generally is flat and inorganic, but the soldier on the left looks transformed to the point that it could be a cardboard cut-out. One last thing that is a bit a annoying are the flashlights. They don't blend with the image. Overall, it's a good piece of work, despite its minor flaws. The idea of this is not very original and is constantly brought up through various medias, TV, movies, books, etc, which hurts the impact of the image unfortunately. A good idea in the future would be to experiment with different brushes, textures, filters, and blending options in different ways to develop tricks and a better sense of originality for later projects so that if you do something that is commonly done in many medias again, it will have a better impact on your audience because it'll standout among the rest. A good way to develop originality is to step out of that comfort zone and start doing things you normally wouldn't do. Hope that helps. BTW I rate by how much I think that someone could improve so don't take it the wrong way.
